This page is an example to show how to embed a Vimeo video file. This way you don’t need to upload the large video files to the website. It will make the video load and play faster and allow the site work better. Also uploading videos to Vimeo or Youtube will create auto-captions which will help with accessibility. 

I will build a module where videos can be posted instead of creating a new page for each video.
