The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation invite you to celebrate our successes with the Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) methodology and how this model has improved outcomes for Michiganders as part of an interactive strategic implementation workshop.  Please join us on February 12 and 13 in Mt. Pleasant to learn alongside TPM partners from across the state to discuss building highly effective talent pipelines.  We will participate in group discussions and activities focused on performance measurement and improving employer-aligned pathways with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as how to establish and build quality, effective employer and education partnerships. Participants will walk away with tools, strategies, and best practices to support their own workforce efforts and partnerships.

This workshop will prepare us for future implementation convenings in early 2025 that will focus on Michigan’s commitment to Registered Apprenticeships as a talent solution.
